Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

1. Purpose

This Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy (“Policy”) sets out our commitment to conducting business honestly, ethically, and in full compliance with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and other applicable laws.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, partners, and any third parties acting on behalf of AAA i Services (UK) Limited, trading as iSolutionhub.

3. Our Commitment

  • We operate a zero-tolerance stance towards bribery and corruption.
  • We will never accept, solicit, or offer bribes in any form.
  • We will conduct due diligence on suppliers, partners, and contractors.

4. What is Bribery?

Bribery is offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value to improperly influence a business decision. This includes:

  • Cash payments or “kickbacks”
  • Improper gifts, entertainment, or hospitality
  • Political or charitable donations intended to secure business advantage

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Offering or accepting bribes in any form.
  • Facilitation payments (small unofficial payments to speed up routine processes).
  • Engaging intermediaries to commit bribery on our behalf.
  • Ignoring or concealing knowledge of bribery activities.

6. Gifts & Hospitality

Reasonable, proportionate, and transparent hospitality or promotional expenditure may be permitted if it:

  • Is not intended to improperly influence a decision,
  • Complies with local laws and customs,
  • Is properly recorded in expense registers.

7. Responsibilities

All staff and associated persons must:

  • Read, understand, and comply with this Policy.
  • Complete required anti-bribery training where applicable.
  • Report any suspected violations immediately.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you suspect bribery or corruption, you must report it promptly by emailing: info@isolutionhub.com. Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.

9. Compliance with Law

We comply fully with the UK Bribery Act 2010, including:

  • Section 1: Offences of bribing another person
  • Section 2: Offences relating to being bribed
  • Section 6: Bribery of foreign public officials
  • Section 7: Failure of commercial organisations to prevent bribery

10. Breach & Enforcement

Breaches of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract. We may also report serious breaches to law enforcement authorities.
